To convert your CV, we send its text to Google's Gemini AI service. We currently use Google's free tier, and on that tier Google may use what is sent to improve its own AI products. That means the contents of your CV — your name, contact details and work history — may be seen and retained by Google.

If you are not comfortable with that, please do not upload your CV. You can instead message us on WhatsApp and we will convert it manually.

We do not sell your data, and we delete stored orders after 30 days. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

      The Word file opens in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or WPS Office — change the fonts and spacing to suit you. The layout is deliberately simple: applicant tracking systems read plain, single-column documents reliably and often fail on CVs with columns, tables or graphics.
