Terms & Refund Policy

These terms cover the use of Travel Tips with Haris Shahid ("the site") and the paid services offered on it. By using the site or paying for a service, you agree to what is set out below. Please read the refund section before you send any money — it says plainly what is refundable and what is not.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Muhammad Haris, an individual publisher based in Pakistan. It is not a registered immigration consultancy, a law firm, or a recruitment agency, and it is not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate or visa application centre.

The only official contact channels are the WhatsApp number and email address listed on the Contact page. If somebody approaches you from a different number claiming to represent this site, treat it as a scam.

What is free and what is paid

Every visa guide and article on this site is free to read, and the site is supported by advertising. Nothing on the blog is behind a payment.

The paid services are listed with their prices on the services page. Prices are published openly and are the same for everybody — they are not negotiated privately. The price that applies to your order is the one shown on the page at the moment you pay.

The CV Tool — what you get

Using the CV Tool, you upload your existing CV and choose a target country. Before paying anything you receive, free of charge:

• an ATS score for your original CV and for the converted version;
• a breakdown of which areas are weak;
• a sample of the changes that were made and the first section of the converted CV.

If you then pay, you receive the complete converted CV and a matching cover letter, both as editable Word (.docx) files you can download and change yourself.

What the CV Tool does not do

This matters more than anything else on this page:

• It does not invent anything. The tool restructures, reformats and rewords the experience already present in your document. It will not add employers, job titles, dates, qualifications or skills you did not supply. If your CV lacks measurable achievements, the converted CV will lack them too — and the score will say so.
• It does not guarantee a job, an interview, a shortlisting or a visa. No document can. What it does is stop a good candidate being filtered out for formatting reasons before a human reads the file.
• It is not legal or immigration advice. Formatting conventions differ by country and change over time. Always confirm requirements with the relevant official authority before you apply.
• The ATS score is an assessment, not a certification. It is produced by an automated system to help you judge your own document. Real employers use many different systems, and none of them publish their scoring.

You remain responsible for checking that everything in your CV is accurate before sending it to an employer or an authority. Submitting false information can carry serious consequences, including visa refusal and future bans.

How payment and delivery work

Payment is made by EasyPaisa or HBL bank transfer to an account in the name of Muhammad Haris. The account details are shown on the tool page after you choose a payment method. After paying, you upload the payment screenshot on the same page — or send it on WhatsApp, which works equally well.

Once the payment is verified, an access code is sent to the WhatsApp number you entered. Codes are normally issued within one hour and, in every case, within 24 hours.

Two things to be aware of:

• An access code belongs to one order. Open the order link you were sent and enter the code there. If you convert your CV again you create a new order, and your code will not work on it.
• Orders are kept for 30 days from creation, after which they are automatically deleted. Within those 30 days you can return to your link and download your documents as many times as you like. Download them to your own device before the period ends — once an order is deleted it cannot be recovered.

Refund policy

The guarantee made on the payment page is the guarantee honoured here.

You get a full refund if:

• you paid and no access code reached you within 24 hours;
• your code does not work and cannot be made to work;
• you were charged twice for the same order, or you sent more than the listed price — the difference is returned;
• the documents produced for you are unusable — corrupted, empty, or plainly not your CV. Message me first: in almost every case this can be fixed and re-issued immediately, and you are welcome to a refund instead if you would rather.

Refunds are sent back through the same method you paid with, to the account the payment came from, normally within 3 working days of being agreed.

A refund is not available simply because you changed your mind after downloading. These are digital documents delivered instantly and permanently once the code is redeemed; they cannot be returned. This is exactly why the ATS score, the problem list and a preview of the converted CV are given away free — so you can judge the quality before paying rather than after.

A refund is also not available on the ground that your application was unsuccessful. Hiring and visa decisions are made by employers and governments on grounds far beyond the formatting of a document, and no honest service can promise an outcome it does not control.

To request a refund, message the WhatsApp number on the Contact page with your order reference and your payment screenshot.

Career Strategy Calls and LinkedIn Optimisation

For a strategy call, your slot is confirmed once your payment screenshot has been received. A slot can be rescheduled free of charge if you give at least 12 hours' notice. If a call is missed without notice, the payment is not refunded — the time was reserved and cannot be resold. If I miss or have to cancel a call, you may choose between a new slot and a full refund.

For LinkedIn optimisation, work begins once payment is confirmed and the delivery window agreed with you at the time of ordering applies. If the work has not been started, you may cancel for a full refund.

Acceptable use

Please do not upload documents that are not yours to upload, attempt to break or overload the tool, or resell access to it. Conversions are rate-limited per connection because each one costs real money to run; that limit is not a judgement of you.

The articles, guides and design on this site are original work and remain the property of Travel Tips with Haris Shahid. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back; please do not republish whole guides.

Limitation of liability

The site and its services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you actually paid for that service. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Visa and immigration rules change frequently and without notice. While guides are written carefully and updated when rules change, information on this site may become out of date, and official government sources always take precedence over anything written here.

Your data

How your information is handled — including exactly what happens to a CV you upload, which third-party AI service processes it, and how long anything is kept — is set out in full in the Privacy Policy Terms & Refunds. Please read that section before uploading a CV.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any change is posted on this page with a new date, and the terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you paid.
